In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

To register and maintain a gcs108 Account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout the entire duration of your membership:
To access gcs108 services, you must complete the registration process accurately and truthfully. By registering, you warrant that all information provided is current, complete, and not misleading in any respect.
3.1 Single Account Policy. Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one (1) gcs108 Account. The creation or use of duplicate accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, gcs108 reserves the right to close all associated accounts and confiscate any balances therein without prior notice.
3.2 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. gcs108 will never request your password via email, live chat, or any communication channel. Any activity conducted through your Account — whether or not authorised by you — is deemed to be your responsibility.
3.3 KYC Verification. gcs108 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) programme. You may be required to submit identity documents — including but not limited to a government-issued national identity card (KTP), passport, or driver's licence — along with proof of address and proof of ownership of your nominated payment method. KYC verification is mandatory before any withdrawal is processed. gcs108 may request KYC documentation at any stage of your account lifecycle. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period will result in account restrictions.
3.4 Accuracy of Information. If any information provided during or after registration becomes inaccurate, you are obligated to update your account details promptly. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and will result in immediate account suspension.
gcs108 accepts deposits in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) via the following payment channels, subject to availability at the time of transaction:
4.1 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is Rp 10.000 unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion. Minimum amounts may vary by payment method and are displayed on the deposit page.
4.2 Deposit Processing. Deposits via e-wallet (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja) are typically credited instantly. Bank transfers are credited within fifteen (15) minutes of successful payment confirmation. gcs108 is not responsible for delays caused by the Member's bank or e-wallet provider.
4.3 Own Funds Only. You must only deposit funds that you own and that were obtained through lawful means. Depositing funds on behalf of a third party is strictly prohibited. gcs108 may request evidence of fund source where deposits are of an unusual size or pattern.
4.4 No Deposit Fees. gcs108 does not charge fees on standard deposits. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which gcs108 accepts no responsibility.
5.1 Eligibility for Withdrawal. Withdrawal requests may only be submitted after successful completion of KYC verification. gcs108 reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing until identity verification is complete.
5.2 Withdrawal Methods. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, or to a verified bank account held in the Member's own name. gcs108 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
5.3 Minimum and Maximum Withdrawal Amounts. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. Maximum withdrawal limits per transaction and per day apply and are displayed within the Member's account dashboard. High-value withdrawal requests may require additional verification.
5.4 Processing Times. Standard withdrawal processing at gcs108 targets completion within five (5) minutes for e-wallet withdrawals and within two (2) to twenty-four (24) hours for bank transfers, measured from the time gcs108 approves the request. Processing times may be extended during peak periods, public holidays, or where additional verification is required.
5.5 Withdrawal Restrictions on Bonus Funds. Funds derived from bonuses are subject to applicable wagering requirements before becoming eligible for withdrawal. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds prior to satisfying wagering requirements will result in the forfeiture of bonus funds and any associated winnings.
5.6 Dormant Account Withdrawals. Accounts that have been inactive for more than 180 days are considered dormant. Withdrawal requests from dormant accounts may be subject to enhanced KYC verification and a processing time of up to five (5) business days.
gcs108 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Members. All bonuses are subject to these general bonus terms and to any additional terms specific to each individual promotion, which are published on the relevant promotion page.
6.1 Eligibility. Bonuses are available to eligible Members who have completed account registration and, where applicable, KYC verification. gcs108 reserves the right to exclude any Member from any promotion at its sole discretion, including where abuse is suspected.
6.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless explicitly stated as "no wagering", all bonuses carry a wagering requirement. The default wagering requirement is 30x (thirty times) the bonus amount. For example, a Rp 100.000 bonus requires Rp 3.000.000 in qualifying bets before any derived winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements, game contribution rates, and maximum bet sizes during bonus play are specified on the individual promotion page.
6.3 Game Contribution Rates. Not all games contribute equally toward satisfying wagering requirements. Sportsbook bets (minimum odds 1.50) typically contribute 100%. Slot games contribute at rates between 50% and 100% depending on the title. Live casino table games contribute at reduced rates. Games may be excluded entirely from bonus wagering — refer to the specific promotion terms.
6.4 Bonus Expiry. Bonuses that are not claimed within the stated validity window, and wagering requirements that are not completed within the stated timeframe, will result in automatic forfeiture of the bonus and any associated pending winnings. gcs108 will provide advance notice of bonus expiry where operationally practicable.
6.5 Maximum Withdrawal from Bonus Winnings. Unless otherwise stated, winnings derived entirely from bonus play (with no real-money bet contribution) may be subject to a maximum withdrawal cap of Rp 5.000.000. Specific promotions may carry different caps, which are stated on the relevant promotion page.
6.6 Bonus Abuse. gcs108 employs automated monitoring to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk hedging strategies designed to extract bonus value without genuine gameplay risk, systematic exploitation of wagering contribution rates, coordination between multiple accounts, and other manipulative patterns. Where abuse is identified, gcs108 reserves the right to void the bonus, cancel associated winnings, and suspend or close the Member's account.
6.7 Seasonal Promotions. gcs108 regularly runs seasonal promotions aligned with the Indonesian calendar, including offers during Ramadhan, Idul Fitri, Indonesian Independence Day (17 August), and Chinese New Year (Imlek). Each seasonal promotion is governed by its own specific terms, published at the time of launch.
7.1 Sportsbook. All sportsbook bets are subject to gcs108's Sports Betting Rules, which are published separately and incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. In the event of a conflict between the Sports Betting Rules and these Terms & Conditions, the Sports Betting Rules prevail with respect to sportsbook matters. gcs108 covers BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, UEFA Champions League, all FIFA World Cup and AFF Cup (Piala AFF) fixtures, badminton, MotoGP, and e-sports markets including MPL Mobile Legends, PUBG Mobile, and Free Fire, among others.
7.2 Mix Parlay. Mix parlay (accumulator) bets combine multiple selections into a single wager. All selections must win for the bet to return a profit. Minimum and maximum selection counts, and minimum odds per selection in a mix parlay, are displayed at the time of bet placement and may vary by market.
7.3 Live Casino. All live casino games are operated by certified third-party studios (including Evolution Gaming and Pragmatic Play Live). Game outcomes are determined by the studio's certified RNG or live dealing procedures. In the event of a technical disruption mid-hand or mid-round, gcs108 will apply the studio's standard void/replay rules. gcs108 is not responsible for studio-side technical failures.
7.4 Slots and RNG Games. All slot and RNG-based games offered on gcs108 are certified Provably Fair by the respective game studios. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages for all games are available on the individual game information pages. Slot gacor (high-payout slot) titles are subject to the same RTP certification standards as all other games.
7.5 Void Bets. gcs108 reserves the right to void any bet placed at an erroneous price, as a result of a technical error, or where the integrity of the event has been compromised. In such cases, the staked amount is returned to the Member's account balance. gcs108 will communicate void bet decisions via the Member's account transaction history.

All content on the gcs108 Platform — including but not limited to the gcs108 brand name, logo, trademarks, service marks, website design, software, game interfaces, graphics, text, audio, video, and structural layout — is the exclusive property of gcs108 or its licensed partners and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not include the right to: reproduce, distribute, publicly display, reverse-engineer, decompile, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any part of the Platform or its content.
Any unauthorised use of gcs108 intellectual property is a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in civil and/or criminal liability.
gcs108 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By registering a gcs108 Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
gcs108 does not sell, rent, or transfer personal data to unaffiliated third parties except where required by law, where necessary to fulfil payment processing obligations, or where required to comply with KYC/AML regulations. All data transmitted between your device and gcs108 is protected by 256-bit SSL encryption.
12.1 Platform Availability. gcs108 strives to maintain 99.9% platform uptime but does not warrant that the Platform will be available without interruption at all times. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, third-party provider outages, and force majeure events may cause temporary service disruptions. gcs108 accepts no liability for losses arising from Platform unavailability.
12.2 Game Outcomes. gcs108 accepts no liability for game outcomes produced by certified third-party RNG systems or live dealer studios. All game results are final once confirmed by the relevant system, except where a technical error has produced an invalid outcome as determined by gcs108 in its sole discretion.
12.3 Financial Losses. Gambling involves financial risk. gcs108 accepts no liability for any financial losses incurred by Members in the ordinary course of gameplay. Members are solely responsible for managing their own gambling budgets.
12.4 Aggregate Liability Cap. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, gcs108's aggregate liability to any single Member for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Member to gcs108 in the ninety (90) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
12.5 Exclusions. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits or excludes liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.
13.1 Member-Initiated Closure. You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting gcs108 customer support. Upon verification of your identity, gcs108 will process your account closure and arrange withdrawal of any remaining real-money balance, subject to completion of KYC verification and satisfaction of any pending wagering requirements on bonus funds.
13.2 gcs108-Initiated Suspension. gcs108 reserves the right to suspend or restrict an Account at any time and without prior notice where it has reasonable grounds to believe that: (a) the Member has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions; (b) the Account is associated with fraudulent, abusive, or criminal activity; (c) the Member has accessed the Platform from a Restricted Territory; or (d) the integrity of the Member's account has been compromised.
13.3 gcs108-Initiated Termination. Following suspension, gcs108 may permanently close an Account where a breach is confirmed. Upon termination for cause, gcs108 reserves the right to forfeit any bonus balances and, where permitted by law, any winnings derived from prohibited conduct. Real-money deposits that are not subject to forfeiture will be returned to the Member's verified payment method.
13.4 Effect of Termination. Upon Account closure or termination, your licence to use the Platform ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms & Conditions that by their nature survive termination — including but not limited to Clauses 8 (Prohibited Conduct), 10 (Intellectual Property), 12 (Limitations of Liability), and 15 (Governing Law) — shall continue in full force and effect.
gcs108 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, gcs108 will provide advance notice of no less than seven (7) days via email to the address registered on your Account, or by posting a prominent notice on the gcs108 Platform homepage.
Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amended Terms & Conditions constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with the amended terms, you must cease using the Platform and request account closure prior to the effective date of the changes.
The version number and effective date displayed at the top of this document confirm which version currently applies. Historical versions of these Terms & Conditions are available upon written request to gcs108 customer support.
These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which gcs108 holds its international operating licence.
In the event of a dispute between a Member and gcs108 that cannot be resolved through customer support escalation, both parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation before initiating formal proceedings. Where formal resolution is required, disputes shall be submitted to arbitration in accordance with the rules of the relevant international arbitration body applicable under gcs108's licence jurisdiction.
Nothing in this clause prevents gcs108 from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief in any competent court to protect its intellectual property rights or prevent ongoing harm to the Platform.
